The breakfast was excellent. Decor was charming and unique, didn't feel like a typical chain hotel. Short & pleasant walk to the city centre. The balcony was really lovely. Staff very friendly, spoke English.

Really friendly and welcoming staff! The hotel is in a strategical location, with the subway stop Rogier literally across the street and the train station Brussels North nearby. The city centre basically starts around the corner (Grand Place/Grote Markt is 10-15mins walking or 2 subway stops away). The hotel has a vintage flair, with some Art Nouveau decorations in the reception area and also in the room. Good breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options. I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel is well located, a 5-10 minute walk south of Brussels Nord station and at the northern edge of the city. The room had all the essentials (no A/C) and the breakfast was fine if unspectacular.

Great location (20 min walk to grand palace, 10 min to northern train station, 5 min to botanical garden, lots of shops, stores and restaurants). Lovely view from the window. Clean big room. Not just shower but a bathtub.

It was my first time in Brussels..for a work trip. I chose the hotel as it was walking distance from the work venue. We arrived late but the hotel's reception staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I truly loved the view the room had to offer...overlooking the starbucks across the road with the city skyline..The stay was extremely pleasant. The room comes with a nice daily breakfast spread. Location was strategic near to the grand bazaar walking distance away. I would definitely come back to this hotel and hope to get the same room same view same ambiance.

The property was clean and well maintained, our room was spacious with all the facilities you would need ,beds were comfortable , the bathroom had the option of a shower or bath, rooms were cleaned and serviced daily,the staff were friendly and helpful , answering any questions we had with a smile and more importantly helpful advice and information.

The interior design is pretty different from a standard hotel, and we liked it. Instead of the plain whites and light colors, we got to see a patterned green design. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Situated smack bam in the middle of a junction, access to public transport is no worry at all. The Rogier metro station is just a few steps away. The Grand Place is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

This is an older building with no air conditioning but had a lovely door opening onto a small balcony. The facilities were a bit worn but they worked and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and was very good.

Location and location... about 5 minutes from the Nord Train station from where is direct train to the airport (10 min) and train connection to all cities. About 15 min from the main square. Friendly hotel staff. Spacious rooms. Daily cleaning.

A very big room, with a desk. Great location, well connected to buses/metro and to the city centre. Good breakfast with loads of options. Friendly staff at the entrance. No WiFi issues (which was moreover free).
